Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, please call 780-571-3200 to discuss the possibility of returning the product. 

Some Veterinary Specific Food Products are guaranteed by our partner companies and may be returned for the following reasons:

1.      Palatability - Pet refuses to eat the food.
2.      Quality - If there is an issue regarding the foods quality.
3.      Safety – If a bag is opened or damaged and has compromised the food. 

Return requests are dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of Tri-Municipal Veterinary Clinic.
