How do I place an order in the store?

Only clients of Tri-Municipal Veterinary Clinic have access to the online store. In order to set up your account click "Register" in the main heading. This will take you to an online form in which you will fill out your personal information. Please ensure your name matches the name we have on file at Tri-Municipal Veterinary Clinic. 

Once we receive your request, please allow 24-48 hours for authorization of your account. When access has been granted you will recieve a "Welcome e-mail" and your account will be live. Now you are able to see pricing of all products, start wishlists, and place orders.

How will I receive my order?

At checkout you will be asked where you would like your shipment. Check the box "Pick up in Store" to pick up your order at the clinic. Otherwise, enter your shipping address. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or rural addresses. We also request you review our shipping policy.

How can I set up a recurring order to ensure I recieve a regular supply of my pet's food?

When you select "recurring orders" when purchasing our food, our system will set up a payment plan for auto-withdrawl on your card. We will then ship the food to the location of your choice (home or clinic) at the time interval you select at checkout. Please note that you will receive an e-mail every time a new bag is shipped. Orders can be cancelled at anytime. If there is no inventory available at the time of your scheduled order, we will be notified by our supplier and contact you. You card will not be charged.

My selection is "out of stock." When will it be available?

Unfortunately, we cannot dictate our supply availability from our distributor. If an item if out of stock online, please contact us as we may have it in clinic and can set it aside for you. If not, we are happy to look into it further or discuss with you a comparable product that is available in the meantime.
